Question

Hi, I would like to know if I can ask my friend (China citizen) to help me to purchase the ticket via online? Is it possible to let them buy the ticket online (and I provide the detail of my ID - full name and passport number), and the they email the detail to me?

It should be possible. If you have a friend in China, you can have a try. If not, maybe you can give them your passport copy to see if they can buy a paper ticket for you at any ticket office by using that.
