Hi is it possible to order didi chuxing to putuoshan from pvg shanghai pudong airport?

How much would it cost? Kindly inform me the detailed address of the temple for me to type in didi chuxing app. Do u usually pay the same price as the estimated price? I heard that in china most of the taxis charge overpriced fare... is it the same with the didi chuxing app?? Can i pay using cash if i ride /order the didi chuxing app?
Btw if i use taxi to go there should i pay the island entrance fee??
