I'm arriving the 2th of December in Hong Kong

1. I have to go from the airport(HKG) to the mini hotel Central /38 Ice House Street, Central District. Can you explain how to travel there using public transport and can I pay with my creditcard?
2. I want to go that day to Victoria peak and do you have any other things I can see that day, how do I come there? Can you explain how to travel there using public transport and can I pay with my creditcard?
3. I'm arriving again on 30th December in Hong I have to go from the airport(HKG) to the Ashoka Hostel Flat A-4,13 Floor, Block A, Chung King Mansion, 36-44 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Can you explain how to travel there using public transport and can I pay with my creditcard?
4. Any tips for January first in Hong Kong?

First of all, no credit card is available by bus or metro! You are suggested to buy an Octopus card.

To mini hotel: take Airport Express to HK Station and leave from Exit D1, you will see it. It takes about 30 minutes.
To Victoria peak: Take Island Line to Causeway Bay and go out from Exit D4, walk northeast for about 10 minutes, you will get there. Besides, you can pay a visit to the Peak, which is near your hotel. Walk southeast for about 10 minutes, you will get to the ticket counter of the cable car.
To Ashoka Hostel Flat: take Airport Express and transfer to Tsuen Wan Line at HK Station, get off at Tsim Sha Tsui. Leave from Exit N5, you will see it.

Tips for Jan. 1st travel in HK, there must be many celebrations and plenty of people, so just be careful and have fun.
