Trying hard to change career and get new job: I was born on 2nd Oct 1976 and I am a dragon.

I am trying very hard to change my current job and want a change in career. I have interviewed at many places and faced rejection. Can someone help me on when will I be able to get a new position and/or when will my luck change? thanks
