Residence permit in Dongguan city

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Dostonjon Kholiqov. I am from Tajikistan, Khujand. I applied job position at Dongguan city, Guangdong province at China. My school applied for work permit for Z type then they send me invitation letter. I got working Z type from embassy of China at Tajikistan, Dushanbe. I came to China with Z type. We went to the police station of Dongguan city first day and register there. We got medical check from Dongguan hospital. I got working card from Human resourse of Dongguan city. My school and i applied for residence permit for one year. Immigration office refused to give me residence permit then they gave me humanitarion visa for 30 days. I worked legally at my school. I do not know why immigration office refused my residence permit. I exit the China before expire of my visa. I am just worried . Am i already in black list or deported from China ? I want to learn Chinese language. I would like to apply for student X. If i get invitation letter for student X . Will embassy of China at Tajikistan give me entry permit? This was my first trip to China.
