hello, i (German Nationality) will be travelling from Germany to Taipeh via Peking and have a 3 hour Stop in Peking as well a 3 hour stop in Chengdou going back to Germany. Do i need to apply for a Transit entry permit? I am not leaving the Airport for the change of plane.
