About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling to Manila with two stops in China

Hello,
I will be traveling from Frankfurt to Manila with two stops in China - the first being technical stop at Changsha airport and then 10 hour stop at Baiyun airport. I am citizen of the Czech Republic. Do I need to apply for visa or can I rely on the 24-hour rule?

Thank you!

You need a visa for that, under the current rules.
