About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Duration of reapplication if visa got rejected

Hi! My tourist visa just got rejected and my question is as to when will I be able to reapply.

Also another one, i applied in the Cebu chinese embassy, do you think I can apply again at this moment in the Manila Embassy?

Hi, usually, one is advised to re-apply again after waiting for 3 months since rejection, and you cannot apply in a different region. You should apply in the embassy or the consulate where your living area belongs to its consular district.

Well, since my home city does not have a chinese embassy. Philippines gave 2 chinese embassies. Cebu and Manila. So if you got rejected at Cebu, you wont be able to reapply at Manila embassy then at this time?

If your home city belongs to the consular district of the Manila Embassy, you can make the application from there. You can contact them to inquire this. Good luck.
