Can apply for re-entry if HK immigration denies 1 time

hi, I went to china 3 years before in a business visa, and during vacation I plan to visit HK for personally but immigration denied as because of I don't have any stay details document and also I told I am planning to start own business(trading) for that I planned. & they checked my present company details and all other my personal income tax details finally they ask me about the return details and stay details at HK but I don't have both, so they denied.

this will affect if I apply QMAS visa & tour plan to HK now. can any one clarify.
