About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

International arrival at T3, PEK, but the domestic flight (without boarding pass issued yet) at T2.

Do I need to clear the immigration at T3 and then proceed back to T2 via shuttle bus and go to domestic flight counter for check in, then proceed to immigration at T2? Is there one internal transfer?

You need to clear customs at T3, the head for T2 where you can print your boarding pass and check in again.
