I got a transfer in my current job and Im working hard but no recognition and suoort from my seniors

Please predict whether my current situation changes and whether I wil get salary hike &promotion in 2018?I was born on19th september 1986

Well, to be honest, there won't have many opportunities to get a promotion in the year of 2018. But you are still suggested to work harder and harder. Try to have good performances and come up with good ideas in the whole year. The your boss will see your efforts. The prediction shows that you will obtain an increased salary in the end of 2018.
