I got a transfer in my current job and Im working hard but no recognition and suoort from my seniors

Please predict whether my current situation changes and whether I wil get salary hike &promotion in 2018?I was born on19th september 1986

Well, to be honest, there won't have many opportunities to get a promotion in the year of 2018. But you are still suggested to work harder and harder.
