About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

ARN-CDG-PVG (Stay 72 hours) PVG-AMS-ARN, apply for 144 hours transit visa.

I will travel:
ARN-CDG-PVG (Stay 70 hours) PVG-AMS-ARN, Valid Swedish passport with 3 years validity, can I apply for the 144 hours free transit in Shanghai?
