From where should i buy the tickets for airport shuttle bus from airport to south railway station?  Which lane should i choose ??

You should take Shuttle Bus Line 2 to South Station, and the tickets can be bought near No. 7 Gate of T1, No 11 Gate of T2, and near the No.7 and No.9 Gate of the first floor in T3.
