Tibet in Sichuan

I’m in Chengdu and would like to visit a little bit more the province. I’m thinking of going to Dujyiangyan, 4 Sisters Mountains, Emei Shan and Leshan in this order. Is it be possible to go from the 4 Sisters to Emei Shan without going back to Chengdu?

I can’t go to Tibet and I’ve heard that there are towns in Sichuan that are more Tibetan then Chinese. Can you recommend one or 2 that will fit my itinerary? What kind of weather should I expect in November?

Thanks for your help!

Sorry to tell you no direct transport can send you to Emei Shan from the 4 Sisters. You need to back to Chengdu and take another bus or train to Emei Shan.

Some places may hold more Tibetans, including Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, A Ba Tibetan & Qiang Autonomous Profecture and Mili Tibetan Autonomous County in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture.

Then for weather, it may be 10-20C with some rainy days in Chengdu, and you are suggested to take your thin sweater, coat and warm pants.
