About:China Private Visit Visa

Spouse visit for Peruvian

I am peruvian and my husband is with his mother in china. my Mother in law works there and my husband is on an S2 type. I went to the Embassy in Peru to apply for an S2 type to visit my Mother in law and be with my husband before we travel back to South Africa to live. this was a wedding gift and I have all documents to prove I am married to her son. They said I need economic solvency which is not a requirement for the S2 type why do I need Solvency and what can i do?

Hi, if you are told so, you are supposed to prepare it for the application. Maybe you can provide bank statement, bank savings account, salary slip or work certificate as your financial support proof.

Maybe you can find a sponsor for that. Or you can try to find an agency to help you make the application, but I cannot guarantee the result. Good luck!
