About:Guangzhou East Railway Station

Wheelchair in Guangzhou east station

Hi, are wheelchairs available in GZ east station? How about lifts? I saw from the pics seems like mostly are escalators. Are there any elevators to reach the platforms? Many thanks in advance.

There are lifts available, but very few. You can use them to enter platform, but to use the lift, you may need help from a station staff. So it would be better to get there early in advance so that you have enough time for direction etc.
