Whare should I stay in cheap price n I also want to purchase some electronics  n clothes items like watches, t-shirt extra from which market I should purchase with minimum bargaining

U may find a hostel to stay in a hutong. Try to do some search. Also I heard there are several budget hostels at Dongsishitiao.To get electronics, I suggest you go to Zhongguancun. For clothings, go to Silk Street for a try!
