About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Greece > Frankfurt > Beijing > Nanjing (stay 5 days) then back Nanjing >Bejing>Munich> Greece

I am flying from Thessaloniki Greece through Frankfurt and PEK to Nanjing on November 8, 2017. Then leaving Nanjing on November 12 and returning to Greece through BJ>Munich>Thessaloniki. Do I qualify for the 144hrs free stay visa? The purpose is meeting of the International College of Surgeons Executive Council.

You obviously do not qualify for visa-free transit. First, you are flying Germany-China-Germany so you're not even in transit. Furthermore, you have multiple stops in China. You need to either get a visa or change your itinerary.
