Jo,
You had Jupiter in transit for some 8 months through your 10th House of Career. It will still be there for 4 more months and it will enter your 11th House, so you may have a flash of insight about how to go about purchasing that house. It may be cheaper, but you would need go and live in a more temperate and cold area. Just keeping your house warm, will cost you a lot over the years. Uranus transits through your 4th House and it will try to dislocate you from where you live, for the next 2½ years. Your parents were both born in mild climates, and it would be better if you had stayed in Texas, because as they are getting older, it will be a shock for them to migrate north. You too should wait until Uranus will clear off your 4th House. You were fated to be a well off man, and many people will work for you. You will have a happy marriage and beautiful children. My advice to you is not to go north at all. I know that you don’t quite match to have a real discussion with your father, but you could ask him for advice, because he knows more than you are aware of. Wait until the year of the Earth Pig will arrive in 2019 and then make a decision after you really consider what your parents really think. Good luck to all of you.
