Hi, am from Cape Verde, ive been in china for 5 years already, i was a student i already graduated and i still with my student  X, but soon it will expire, can you tell me please how can i get a business M to stay here? which documents should i need?

Hi, it is possible to change the L to an M type, and you can have a try. You should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, residence permit in mainland China, an invitation letter from the business partner and other requirements. Then, submit the application to the local PSB.
