24-hour direct transit for italian citizen

hi I'm conrad italian citizen. I come back from Australia. My flights are the follows with china southern ailines.Sydney-Guangzhou-Beijing and than Beijing-Italy.
At Beijing airport i stay 5 hours and in Guangzhou i stop about 3 hours. My transit in China is less than 24 hours.
- Do i qualify for 24 hours direct transit in china?
- If I leave without a visa from Italy (thinking I can do in Guangzhou airport 24 hours direct transit ) what if I can not get it at the airport?

Hi, you won't qualify for 24 hours direct transit in mainland China because Guangzhou immigration bans the multi-stop domestic transit at present. You are advised to apply for a visa for that in advance or you need to change your itinerary. You cannot get VOA in Guangzhou or Beijing.
