Him - Rooster (21/03/1993), Me Rat (24/02/1984) - Will he commit?

I just met a guy who I have a strong connection to and I was wondering if it could work out given our compatibility of only 60% (Rooster vs Rat). He is positive, encouraging, attentive and although younger than me he is a 'old soul' beyond his years. He is the first guy who i can really talk to about life and I feel I can be myself around him and he accepts me for who I am. But the burning question is will he be able to commit to me?
