About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

Can I go to my husbands Visa appt for him

He turned 70 in March but he has a physical disability that will my it difficult for him to go to the appointment himself. Sadly it seems that 71 might be the required age but perhaps there are exception for people with disabilities.
