About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

I've a friend who is reactive to hepatitis b, will it stop him from studying in liaoning university?

Personally, I think he won't have a problem. China even cancels the examinations on AIDS, VD or gafeira for those foreigners who enter PRC.
