Hello I have been offered a job at a new school with pay raise. my question is that should I take up on this offer.. I have been working in my present job for 13 years and going onto 14 years. There is no insentment in my old job and I am really tired as they are short of staff and don't want to hire any new people.. Please advice me should I take up the offer for the new job and accept the challenge..
