Shanghai to Hangzhou E-Ticket & Passport Verification
Hi, a friend of mine helped me to buy the train ticket from Shanghai Hongqiao airport to Hangzhou East station. I received the e-ticket. I saw on some websites that passport verification need to be done for those who buy train ticket for the first time. Does this mean I need to go to the counter to exchange for a physical ticket and my passport to be verified? Thank you
