About:China Flight

Transfer in terminal 2, Peking

Hi,
I want to buy a ticket from Hong Kong to Prague through Peking with cooperating companies. However, I have only 90 minutes to transfers from one to another flight within terminal 2. Is if feasible? What can I do to make sure I can manage? Do I have to go through security? Immigration?

If they are different airlines, I supoose you need to deal with the luggage again in Beijing and also the security check and immigration check should be involved as well after your arrival. I think 90min is not enough. It would be better to confirm with the airline directly to see if you need to deal with the luggage again.

Hi, it is 2 airlines but on 1 ticket so I do not have to deal with the luggage. Can I manage just with transferring?

Oh, if you do not have to deal with the luggage again in Beijing airport, it should be OK. It is a connecting ticket, the airlines would make sure you can catch the next one
