How much is the taxi fare for 2 passenger with luggage from Pudong Airport to Campanile Hotel?

As per the list provide the fare is estimated CNY 170 to CNY 200 but this fare is per person passenger or per taxi? Thank You

You two just need one taxi and it costs CNY190-200.
