How to Tour Huangyaguan Great Wall for older person?

If we visit the section with my father in law ....who is in his late 70s. Are there sections for him to see without having to hike? Is the only way to really see it by hiking from Taiping Mountain Stronghold and hike westwards to Huangya Pass? Are there other options just to see and not hike along the wall? Could they drive from one end to the other with bus? Does that make sense? Or do we just visit another section of the wall?

1. Tourists can only tour around the Wall by hiking. It is not suggested to tour around all the sections for older people. This great wall is a little bit difficult for people aged above 70.
2. Yes, it is the only way to hike from Taiping Mountain Stronghold and hike westwards to Huangya Pass.
3. You cannot drive from one end to the other scenic spots with bus or car.
