Walking Jinshanling to Simatai next Saturday (28th of October)

Is it possible to walk from Jinshanling to Simatai now. Are the no restrictions?

Could You give me the most important stations to change bus in English and Chinese please. Route from Beijing to Jinshanling and then back fom Simantai to Beijing.

Do I need a reservation for this trek to enter Simatai?

Thank You very much - from Austria!

Yes, the hiking route to Simatai is available currently.
You don't need to book this trek to enter Simatai. Besides, most people can finish this hiking route. There is no dangerous part. Don't worry.

About the transportation, the detailed information is the following:
Downtown to Jinshanling: You are advised to take bus line 980 Express from Dongzhimen Long Distance Bus Station to Miyun County. The ticket fare is CNY 17 per person. Then, hire a private car to the scenic area directly.

Simatai to Downtown: Take bus no.Mi31, Mi50 or Mi51 from Simatai Village Station to Miyun Bus Station. Then transfer to take bus no. 980 or 980 Express and arrive at Dongzhimen Station. After arriving, take other metro lines to downtown area.
