About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have a multiple entries visa, each stay - 90 days and entry before 18/04/2018.

Does it mean I could stay 90 days after the April 18? My first entry is Nov 2nd and I asked for 180 days. But it's not mentioned on the entry permit. So does it mean my entry permit would be valid November 2, 2017 to July 16, 2018 if my last entry is April 17?
