You can take the free shuttle bus of Venetian to get to the hotel, then change to another shuttle bus at City of Dreams and get off at Hotel Sintra. Then walk to ur hotel in 5min or so. By public transportation, take bus no. 26 and get off at Rua das Lorchas, which is about 3min walking distance to ur hotel.
