How can I applly I'm from Nigeria tell me the legal step I should take.

If you go to China for tourism purpose, first, prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, transportation and accommodation arrangement. Next, submit the application to Chinese embassy to apply for a tourist L type. After you enter mainland China, you can apply for a temporary residence permit from the local PSB.
