About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am Pakistani citizen legal resident of UAE, how can I get Chinese tourist visa from UAE.

Chinese visa application center told me I can not get tourist visa from UAE, only I can get business visa from UAE and even that one I can not get for my family.
