list of requirements for LEGAL CAPACITY to marry a Chinese fiance.

Please give me the LEGAL CAPACITY requirements to marry my Chinese citizen fiance. We are planning to have a civil wedding here in Philippines.

Anna, you need to contact your immigration department for details http://www.immigration.gov.ph/ about marriage application in Philippines. This site is about China only. Sorry for unconvenience.

I asked our municipality for a civil wedding. They have given me this requirements for my Chinese fiance:
1.) Legal Capacity to marry - - - must apply from Chinese embassy in the Philippines.
2.) Passport ( photocopy )
3.) Arrival stamp ( photocopy )

I wanted to know what are the requirements for LEGAL CAPACITY to marry, it must be applied from Chinese embassy.

A personal appearance and Chinese Passport or Birth Certificate are required. Proof of termination of prior marriage, if any. (This is a certified copy of your divorce papers.)
