I asked our municipality for a civil wedding. They have given me this requirements for my Chinese fiance: 1.) Legal Capacity to marry - - - must apply from Chinese embassy in the Philippines.2.) Passport ( photocopy )3.) Arrival stamp ( photocopy )I wanted to know what are the requirements for LEGAL CAPACITY to marry, it must be applied from Chinese embassy.Thank you.

A personal appearance and Chinese Passport or Birth Certificate are required. Proof of termination of prior marriage, if any. (This is a certified copy of your divorce papers.)
