About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

American applying for visa to china

hello, i want to process an entry permit at the toronto consulate, rather than the consulate in new york city and i am a resident of the US and hold a valid US passport. Is this possible?

Hi, that's possible if are in Toronto and have valid entry permit in there when you make the application. Otherwise, you should do that in your home country.
