Transiting from Manila to Jeju Island

Hi,
Can I use the 24-hour direct transit option?

Manila -> 2 hours stop in Pudong,Shanghai -> Jeju Island
Jeju Island -> 8 hours stop in Pudong,Shanghai -> Manila
