Filipino working in Japan with Japanese residence card and Philippine passport

Hello,

I would love to visit Beijing and I am planning to go in December. What are the requirements necessary for me to prepare? How to process those documents and its corresponding fee? Is it easy to acquire the tourist L for China?

Hi, it's possible for you to get the L type as long as you can meet all requirements. You need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit in Japan, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Then you can submit the application to the CVASC in person. You should pay the fee of 9,400 yens usually when you pick up your passport.
