About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Affidavit of single status

I am legally residing and working in geneva(Switzerland) with an authorized legal permit.My Affidavit of Single Status was issued by the Malaysian Embassy in Switzerland.My question is does the government in China recognize this document.Do I need to translate it into Chinese and authentification by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland?

You need to translate your single status into Chinese and get it authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland, then you can use it in mainland China.
