A US resident with a passport from Azerbaijan
Does a US Permanent Resident with the Azerbaijan passport need a visa to transit in Shanghai for 4 hours and 50 minutes?
I have a flight from LAX to Bangkok through Shanghai with a 4 hour layover, and then back to LAX through Shanghai about 10 days later (4hrs layover). Do I qualify for the 24 direct transit?
