About:China Tourist Visa

Hong Kong and Mainland Visas

I am an American flying into Hong Kong for four nights, then flying into Beijing for six nights, and back in Hong Kong for a night before my return flight. Will I need separate entry permits for Hong Kong and Mainland China? Do i need an entry permit since I will only be in China for less than 11 days?

Hi, you can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 90 days, so no need to apply for a visa for HK. But you need to apply for one for mainland China beforehand.
