Where to buy big bus tour of Shanghai?

Hi, I will be staying at Fraser Residence in beginning of November. Where is the closest place I can go buy the tickets?

As I know, the nearest stop is People's Park, outside the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, and you can walk north along Middle Xizang Rd for 15 minutes there.
