L visa extension issue

I'm applying for an extension to my Tourist L type from within the mainland / Shenzhen. The information above states '...financial support with RMB 21,000 for a 30 days extension (USD 100 per day) - a stamped balance inquiry from Bank of China will do the trick.' Is this amount strictly enforced? Also, will an ATM receipt be adequate for the balance inquiry? Unfortunately the PSB haven't been answering their service hotline all day.

Hi, personally I think this amount will be strictly enforced, and you are advised to go to the bank counter for the balance inquiry.

Alright thanks, I'm still a bit confused how to acquire a balance inquiry here with a foreign bank account.
