VOA for Malaysians to enter Shenzhen

Hi, my Malaysian friend needs to go Shenzhen for 3 days. is he still eligible for the Shenzhen 5-day VOA? thanks!

It's possible for your friend to get the Shenzhen VOA. You are advised to call Luohu Port to confirm, and the Tel is (0755)82324022.
