i am an indian, i need to extend f type visa

Right now i have 6 months F type with single entry, I need to extend for another 6 months with multiple entry. will i get multiple entry F type.

If so, you are advised to re-apply for a new multiple entries 6-month F type in your home country because it is difficult to get multiple entries when you make the application in a third country.
