About:Guangzhou Metro

Who are exceped to pay for the ticket of Guangzhou metro?

If I have children 3 years old go with me, does he exceptable to pay the ticket fair for this age?

As I know, Children under 1.2 meters can take the bus/metro for free, and pay half if they between 1.2-1.5 meters.
