from Shangai to Beijing by bullet train

hello
I would like to take the bullet ride to travel from Shangai to Beijing. How do I recognize the bullet type? how is called?

You can check the schedule, all the G rides are bullet rides. Except that there are also some D rides runs overnight. They are bullet rides as well, but take a little longer time and offering sleeper option.
