Hi, you need it for you cannot enjoy free transit in Beijing. You should first prepare copy of passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, residence permit if needed, transportation arrangement, and other requirements. Next, submit the application to the embassy or the consulate of China to apply for transit G type.
