About:Shopping Vs. No-Shopping Tours in China

RMB CASH CAN BE USED?

Hi, wondering whether cash is still valid in Shanghai? Because I noticed that many millions china people use QR codes or Bar codes to pay for their purchases? I am not familiar with these.. Kindly advise and recommend as this is my first time to visit Shanghai. Thank you very much

Yes, you can still use RMB cash in Shanghai. The reason for local people using QR codes or Bar codes is simple. Because this way is more convenient. Don't worry. Hope helpful!
