About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Do you need a visa on going to and departing Hong Kong from U.S.

if you are an airline employee non-rev flying standby. That means I do not have a guaranteed flight home after cruise. Proof of onward carriage would be a standby listing. Hopefully it might only be a few days if flights are full. Anyone know the answer?
